Privacy and data handling
ReviewFlow is designed to keep customer follow-up practical and privacy-conscious. It stores the information needed to run the workflow, avoids unnecessary data collection, and keeps private feedback separate from public review requests.
What ReviewFlow needs to store
- Business profile information and settings needed to operate the workspace
- Customer details required to send and track follow-up requests
- Request history, duplicate-send protection, and review follow-up activity
- Private feedback submitted directly to the business
- Subscription and account status needed to operate the service
What ReviewFlow tries to avoid
- Unnecessary customer fields that are not needed for follow-up
- Unrelated marketing use of customer information
- Selling customer lists or customer feedback data
- Treating the product like a medical record or clinic management platform
Private feedback
Private feedback is part of the workflow, not a hidden side system.
Customers can still access the business's public review link. Private feedback is an additional path for concerns, questions, or dissatisfaction that the customer wants to share directly with the business.
Optional analytics should not include customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or the content of private feedback itself. Payment and account data may also be processed by third-party providers that handle billing and account operations.
Businesses that use ReviewFlow should only upload or store the customer details they genuinely need for follow-up. If a business works in a regulated space, it should be careful not to treat ReviewFlow like a replacement for its own required record systems.
What customer data does ReviewFlow need to operate?
ReviewFlow needs the business profile details, the customer details required for follow-up, request history, private feedback submitted to the business, and subscription information needed to run the service.
Does ReviewFlow sell customer data?
No. ReviewFlow does not sell customer lists and does not use customer information for unrelated marketing.
Is ReviewFlow a medical record system?
No. ReviewFlow is a customer follow-up and review request workflow. Businesses should not treat it as a medical record, diagnosis, or treatment platform.
